Cat Question

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I need to keep my cat on my '05 6.0L F-350? I have a banks exhaust on and keep my cat, but want to shed it. Ok or a problem??

Nope, i just took mine off. I have a MBRP dual exhaust and it makes it whistle a heck of a lot louder.

Does your state have a vehicle inspection? Keep it in the garage and you may save yourself a headache in the future.

My kitty was lost a week ago and I really like it being gone.

Thanks all for the help. I am planning on taking the guts out of the cat and putting it back on for inspection. Have a guy that will do the inspection without the muffler but don't want to push my luck. Still trying to get used this chatting stuff. Sorry if I make a mistake. How do I find what I post after I log in? Thanks again!!

How do I get my truck info on my posts??

For youe "signature" you can go to the USER CP on the left side in the highlighted blue line at the top of the screen. Look through the sections till you see "signature".

You can set the system to email you if there are any replies to your posts. There may be a feature in the USER CP that allows you to see all of your posts.

Keep posting you will get the hang of it. Welcome to FTE!!

Just Take Exhaust Loose After Cat And Ram A Pipe In It A Bunch, Starting It After A While. You Will Blow Out All The Guts And It Will Still Look As If You Have The Cat On The Truck, But Give You The Sound And Spool Up Your After .
