How do you make snow?

I think I'm going to build the SG2 Combo based on the plans at www.snowathome.com. I have a power washer and air compressor that meet the spec. Unfortunaly, the temps aren't going to be cold enough to make snow here, not over the next week anyway. DARN Heat Miser!
