Howdy all.... I have a 90 and 91 Bronco fullsize with 302 and i can not get the truck to turn off with out pulling the coil wire and damn does that hurt... Is there something i need to look for to replace (already replacesd the key cylynder) Is there a way to bypass all of this? I am about to install a push button starter switch... Thanks
hey
well i have the push button in my truck but your still going to need to turn the key unless you have a mechanical key problem
i mean im sure you cold so a master switch from the battery but i dont know how good thats going to be on all the trucks components cause its gonna cut the power to everything at once
well im just saying that as a suggestion im not 100 percent
but you take the 2 sleeves that wrap around the column near off and theres a linkage rod on the top running down the shaft see if it moves when you turn the ignition off
