You need to put something in the four holes in the face of the radio to release the retaining clips. Once those are disengaged you can pull the radio out.
Or, Tilt the steering wheel down, put the shifter in first gear, and pull the bezel out and release all of the connections and then you can get to the backside of the radio to release it.

thanks reax. Appreciate it. I am going to install something inline with my antenna. Its for my Sirius radio modulater. I dont have many empty fm stations here. The thing iam installing will block out all fm/am signals to my radio so I get clear reception from my sirius radio when the sirius radio is turned on. When its turned off, my regular radio will work normaly.

Check Crutchfield for a PIE interface adapter. If your radio has an aux button on it, you can add this and it gives you an auxillary plug. This is how I have my Sirius radio plugged in. This is way superior to the FM modulator. If you go to the website or call them they can tell you if it will work with your radio. Price is somewhere around 100 bucks or slightly less, but as I said before, well worth it.

I'm not positive, but I dont believe the '06 radio will fit in the '02. I know the '06 radio is bolted in and doesnt use the spring clips like the older ones. It appears to be slightly larger top to bottom, it may not be though. I do believe that an '03 / '04 radio will fit right in and I know that I saw PIE adapters listed for them.
