Same here, I was under my pickup and noticed the drip from the drain tube, no fuel in the valley of no return.
just got off the phone with pure diesel..he said dripping out the tube is just the beginning..once it starts it dont take long..i just ordered a set..it dont come with screws..where can i order them? i dont have good luck with bolts on this hot rod..
Ok, newbie here. Can someone post up a picture of where this leak is? I am sure I have seen it but want to make sure.... Since I seem to remember smelling fuel a couple of times lately... hummmm????
mine isnt quite that bad..but thats what it is doing..i added a rubber hose to the end of the tube so i could see it better and not make a mess on my truck..my floor in the garage cleans alot better.... thanks...
Mine started leaking about three weeks ago, right after I had the fuel filter changed. I thought they messed up the bleed valve when they drained the bowl. I guess not. Looks like I'll be replacing the o-rings and or the valve.
Hi folks! New to this forum (just discovered it!), and I have to tell ya, there's threads exactly like this one on the other sites I've frequented for a while. The # of PSDs affected is unbelievable! I know of 4 trucks within 2 miles of me (rural) that have had the same problem in the las 2 months! For any body who hasn't had to fix theirs yet, I did a photo write-up on replacing the O-rings. I stuck a link at the end of my sig. if you're interested. Hope to chat more in the future!

No leak yet but I don't think they have replaced the fuel on this island yet to this new diesel. Kind of makes me mad no one seems to study these issues prior to mandating changes. I guess it is up to us to fix all the leaks. Wonder what is more of an environmental impact, everyone leaking diesel all over or continue burning the old style diesel?
I don't remember when the ULSD was started here in GA, But I did install a new valve assembly about a month ago. Mine started leaking after a small cold snap here in GA. The fuel had pooled in the valley, spilled all over the front of the engine and all down the front of the I beams. Hour and a half, new valve and a roll of paper towels later, it was fixed.
Since I could not wait for internet shipping (truck is my daily driver), I bought the valve assembly from a local dealer. I had to call 4 different dealers before I located one. The other dealers were all on backorder for atleast 3 weeks.
I never gave the ULSD any thought. I attributed the leak to thermal cycling for 6 years..... Hmmmmm.
Hmmm....a new valve assembly started leaking after only a month? Possible that the "new" o-rings had been sitting around for a while and already starting to harden? Or, the new fuel is causing the seals to fail? Combo of both?
I appologise for the misinformation, ( I reread it and it seemed unclear) the original one that was 6-7 years old started leaking. I replaced it a month ago and all has been ok.
