Since you have resurrected an older thread, and you appear to be in the business of wiper blades, I have a question you might be able to answer:

I am having difficulty locating wiper "refills", and it appears that manufacturers are now just making complete assemblies.

Is this the case? Can I no longer buy just "refills"?
