This is kind of a spin off from another thread about the styling of the 80-86 F-Series. Anyway, What is is your favorite Styling for Ford (or any brand) pickups. I personaly like the 80-86 Ford though they started adding crap in the later years. I like the boxed in head lights and big square front end. It was what a truck should look like. The Dodge pickups of the early 80's is my second pick. These new pickups a now a days look like some one forgot to add the wings.
I prefer the mid 60's through 80's styling over anything else in all brands. With an especal soft spot for early 60's chevrolets. These new slab sided abominations that they call pickup trucks today should have all been drowned at birth.
67-69 Fseries is my favorite, I'm ok with the 70-72 Fseries, and I like 78 Fseries and Broncos too (round headlights).
I also have a soft spot for 58-60 Fords (quad headlights), and 68-72 Chevies.
Most all American breeds, made here, designed here, and almost always driven by genuine, red-blooded, real Americans. Least favorite are brands with some oriental name and where the profits of the purchase transaction leave this country.
All Fords prior to '96, all 3/4 and 1 ton models prior to '04.
All Chevy/GMC prior to late '80s (whenever they changed body styles around then) *EDIT: looks like 1987
All Dodge prior to 2001.
For looks, I like a single cab best, though I prefer to own an extended cab.

favorite would be 92-96 fseries, expecaily the first gen lightnings.
i do love the old 50's era trucks f100, f1, with the big fenders and the step side, love it more when they're hotroded, except when they've been basterdized with a chevy drivetrain.
But it like the twenties, well all the thirties trucks and oh yeah, the forties truck, the fifties trucks are great, and love the slicks, of course the late sixties and the seventies trucks and my eighty-six............ you get the idea.
I would definitely have to say the 92-96 F-Series truck F-150 through F-350's... I also can't leave out the 77-79 F-Series trucks either very impressive styling for their kind.
