We all get off topic (like even this), we need to post new threads to change topics, it`s too hard to follow at times. In days gone by we would have had reminders......

Good idea Snowking.....

It sounds like a great plan. We could leave it parked in different locations around town just like one of the bodyshops does to advertise. We may take you up on it if you are comfortible with that idea.
We could all get together, spruce it up and paint a sign on it.

That sounds great, except that body shop pays Impark a fee to park those trucks there each month as advertising. If you check some of those trucks have no motors and are towed. He shows how good the work is done to those trucks.
We should have a truck done up just to represent Sask/Man chapter to go to shows with our logal on it.

We`ll have to find freebie parking with our budget.
We can settle for a clean truck, it doesn`t have to be fancy to get the message out.
I`m getting real excited about this now, what do you say Snowking?

You mean it's a good idea? I can't wait I really want to get to work on my 51. I'm all for it but I'll warn you I'm overprotective on my 51.

It`s a great idea and of course you`re over protective of your 51, other wise you, like the rest of us wouldn`t be here.
It would be a good club project starting in the warm weather possibly March or early April. Will you be around home then?
We could use my shop to clean it up and apply afew touchups once you decide on what you want to do with it. We don`t want to get carried away, at least not just yet.....That can come much later.

We better get carried away that's what makes it fun. I'll be home every now and then. We better make sure we are all on the same page though. When you get a group of guys on one truck.

It`s your truck and your say, set out what you want before startup. We`ll need to keep it fairly simple, depends on how many members/helpers we have.

Sounds good but it would be a good idea to start a dedicated thread for members to give ideas if people are working on this truck they should be able to express their ideas and my ideas sofar are quite broad.

The only things I really want to modify is lights (clearance lights etc.) and exhaust to twin semi style stacks with some performance muffler ie.Cherry bomb

Anything else on the truck is neogiatable. I was thinking two tone paint with black fenders.
