speaker connections
I have a '94 explorer with a previously installed Pioneer system. When I hit a bump, the speakers make a noise (loud) like there is a bad connection. It is usually all four speakers and it even does it if the radio is off. Is it a bad ground somewhere? Any ideas? Thanks

Is it a thud or a scratchy kind of sound? do you have an amp powering all of the speakers?
The amp turning on, can make a thud. Thud would be a bad connection on a power wire most likely. All of the speakers scratching with the radio off, you would have to have power going to each speaker.
