I have a Gibson muffler for an 03 Explorer 4.0. This should work fine in a ranger with a 4.0?
What is a good option to rreplace the headlights. I had an accident and the bopdy shoip replaced the left headlight. Now they dont match and have a strange light pattern...
find out what kind of light they replaced it with. insurance companies will often recommend "quality replacement" alot of lighting does not pass the quality test oem lighting has to. some aftermarket companies, at their own discression do pass these test though. look at your itemized repair find out the part number and it will tell you what they used. if it says oem, it couldl be the wrong part. also, make sure they replaced the bulb correctly. if it is in a little off kilter you could still tighten the retainer but would show a bad light pattern
"O" about 350 hp, just kidding !!! I never had it dynoed, but it feels like a strong 25 extra hp, any thing under 10 hp you don't really feel and I feel it very much. I would say the torque is at least 250. It runs strong, real strong over stock, it's hard now to take off without chirping the tires and if you floor it in 1st gear, it will fry the tires for as long as you hold the gas pedal down, you have to back out of it to get it to stop, or over rev. It excellerates like a rocket, like a truck rocket, it's still no mustang, but it's fun to drive. With the advertised hp of all my mods, I should have 70 more hp, but it never works that way ha ha, realistcally I would say 20-25 hp and about 30 foot pounds. The bama programer made the biggest difference, it got the other mods dialed in together and added some power and torque of it;s own and I still gett decent mpg, 22 mixed driving, 24 highway. I also run all synthetic fluids trom the engine back to thr rear diff. I invested alot of money, but to me it's worth it. it looks good and it runs awesome. But with modding anything, it never ends, there's allways that new part you just got to try. Morana v6 racing has a 4.5 stroker kit that I am interested in, but at 2,500$, the wife isn't as interested as I am ha ha.
If the core support is tweaked it can cause the headlight to aim wrong. Also if one headlight housing was replaced and the other is older and a little hazy, it will cause them not to match.
