surge

I have a oo powerstroke it seems at about 40 to 45 mph it acts like it is surging. Its almost like a miss or something possibly torque converter? thanks

Have you tried to pull any codes? Check the RPMs when it happens to see if it is consistant regardless of gear or whther it occurs only in the same gear. How many miles on the truck? Any tranny work or rebuilds etc?
