your HPOP gasket should be the same as the SD gasket so just get a new HPOP gasket and possibly new o-rings on the 2 fittings in the HPOP too. go ahead and put new o-rings on the IPR too and your good to go.
That flat washer on the pump gear can fall where you can't reach it but your bit totally screwed, you just have to remove the upper res section. To be honest I actually remove the upper section anyways and it keeps me from having to remove the ebp tube and reseal the drive bolt cover. It is a pain to restart the bolt but it saves "me" time. Ive gotten pretty good at changing the hpop lately!
