All, greetings and salutations. Huge Problem! I put a 2inch leveling kit on my 05 and the passenger side spring keeps hitting the side wall and bump stop mount. Yes it's on correctly, yes the spring is seated properly. I called my buddy at FORD and he said all the 05-06s passenger side spring is only about an inch and a half away from the inside of the fender. On the drivers side its almost 3 inches. So when I lift it, the bar on the front end pulls the the axle to the drivers side in turn putting the passenger side spring closer to the fender wall. ANY TIPS or HELP is appreciated. Thanks, Jimmy
??? I just put a Ready Lift Leveling Kit on my 2005 F-350 and I did not have that problem. I did have brake lines that were too tight and sway bar linke too tight.
OK I just went out and looked the springs are the same about 1". Did you mark the spring location and spring? Is the spacer on top" Did you remove the sway bar links? Did you remove the shocks?
Yep everything is back in there original places. Went to Ford again today and all the 250's and 350's passenger side springs are closer than the drivers side. WHY is this?
