Both are great, if they run good and you use them for their intended purpose and load. The 292 should get a little better mpg, but the 352 is a cousin to the 360/390, so there are alot more speed parts around for it. Ford actually used both the 292 and the 352 for many years, good results from both, even when these motors were used in the Edsel!
