Headers????
Got a tube crossmember from Trans-dapt, part # 4037 in my 63, got a set of Blackjack headers, won't fit!!! Anyone here got a 61-64 with this crossmember and a FE engine,? What headers are you using? If you are!!

That is the correct crossmember for your 61-64 truck, but some of the headers won't fit the truck with this setup. I had a similar problem with a set of Hookers. I suggest you bite the bullet and buy the Sanderson block huggers for the FE motors. They are a little bit more expensive, but the quality is more than twice as good as the cheaper ones, and they fit this setup. Call them first and tell them what you are putting them in. BTW, Did you remove the crossmember just behind the front axle?
