Is that with the TC or without. PI makes a good TC but that is about 1000. In any case, are they going to say that you did this and so we cannot warranty it? Look at what happened. ESP said it was probably because of the lift that the trans broke. BTS has not denied a warranty yet. Even when the client is racing and he is there he fixes it. Also, word is he fixes it OUTSIDE of warranty.

I called Brian this morning. He is awesome!!! He was very honest and explained the pro's and con's of going through him at this moment. He also explained how he stands behind his product!!!! wow!!!!!! Im always a little sceptical till i hear it straight from the horses mouth. I made the decision to ggo with the Ford reman for now and then in the next year or two my truck is going to take a trip to get his transmission and his performance package!!!! He says streetable 450+ horsepower that dead reliable. Oh i can hardily wait. Expensive but oh so worth it!!!!

Cool

Update!! Called the dealer Monday morning. sd it would be done Monday afternoon. Called Dealer Monday afternoon. Sd it's all done come on down. tech on the test drive but is done. Went down there. 2 hours later. Oh! not ready yet tech just got back from test drive and it is seaping a little. Just another 20 min. 20-30 min later. Oh the tech took it on another test drive now it is heating up. Here is a rental car go home. Tech has to work on it tomorrow now. I will call you in the morning and let you know what happening

Tuesday no calls by Noon from dealer. I call. Oh your service writer not in. Ask for service manager. Got v/m. asked sevice manager to be paged. transfered me to voice mail again. went back to Operator sd oh he is in a meeting??? left message with her for Service Manager. never called back. 1:30 I call back. got service manager v/m. paged him no answer. Asked who i can talk to to find out what going on with my Excursion. sd oh why dont you talk to his partner. Ok put me on hold. Guy comes to ph tell ghim wh calling. Sd oh let me look you up. reads me last weeks notes in the system. says he will have someone else get back to me. 3:00 someone finally calls sd should be done in 30 min will call when done. (manager still hasnt called back) 4:15 get a call ok they are done come pick it up. Tech took it on a test drive and shop forman took on a test drive. Go pick it up. Leave lot drive a 1 1/2 miles tranny starts slipping. Turn around drive back tranny continues to slip. Get back to dealer and they pretend that's impossible because they did 39 mile test drive with no problems. They take it for a test drive with me in it. SHOCKER tranny still slipping. Service manager pretends like it is my fault and the dealership I bought it from fault because noone told him it had been overheating before tranny blew up. Asked him what that has to do with anything as the entire transmission and cooling system for transmission has just been replaced. Looks at me liking i am speaking Swahili. Sends me homein a rental again. Wednesday at NOON. Still havnt heard from the dealership. Left message at 10 for manager still no call back.

Yes, unfortunately it is. Update part 2: Called at 2:00 left message for the Service director no call back by 3 called again tlked to him but he not director any more. Tried to transfer me to The manager underling. Told him no transfer me to store GM. He did. Tlked to GM and shocker!!!! while i am talking to the GM, the service advisor (not the manager that i left message for) call's me!!!!! wow what a coincidence. Leaves message that they dropped pan and there was metal in there again so they are going to replace transmission again. Still dont kno why it took 8 hours of today to Pull pan and see metal.
