02-03 Electrical Problems???
Hello,
Been kinda browsing the market for a 2002-2003 Ex. I want the 7.3 PSD. The other day a friend of mine told me that the 02-03s had electrical problems and that I would be better off getting a 00-01. Is there any truth to this electrical problem thing? If so, what should I be watching for?

There is an issue with door actuator lock motors and CPS but nothing else I know of. The actuator is an issue on most models I know of but there is enough info in the tech file for a relatively easy/cheap repair. The CPS is common to all 7.3 and 6.0. Not a big issue here either. Jim
