when you change the oil in these trucks, you are only getting about 75% of it out. the rest is still stuck in the oil cooler, the oil pump, the high pressure oil pump and reservoir, and the HPO rails in the heads.

it's your truck, and that $69 may bite you in the butt one day.

EXACTLY! Unless you pulled the oil out of the HPOP with a suction type tool you still have almost a 1/2 a quart in the HPOP alone. Not to mention what is left in the cooler, etc.

my opinion would be change the oil yourself and it will be much cheaper that $70 and you will know you have the right oil in there. it is not any harder to do than any car just more comes out.
