E4OD vs. C6

E4OD vs. C6

Do the E4OD and 4R70W use a simpson planetary set like the C6?

The E4OD uses a Simpson, the 4R70W uses a Raveniuax (sp?) gearset.

Thanks. Figured out how the simpsons work. Still haven't figured out the Ravineaux yet. That explains how they make the 4r70 so short in comparison to the E4OD. Compound planetary sets take up less space.
