Resetting the average MPG
Do I need to reset the average MPG every time I fill up or does it reset automatically?
Truck now has 850 miles and getting 18 MPG highway and 15.6 city/hwy. Very happy with new truck.

I believe you have to reset them manually otherwise it will just keep averaging with the old data.
I don't reset mine... I feel it would give a closer reading given more data to average.. Mine reads 16.4 mpg for mostly city...

It will average over the last 1000 miles, or since the last time you manually reset it.
