you're best bet is to try ebay first, they usually have some good deals. i believe there is a guy that sells new in the package sensors for a lot cheaper than ford or Intl. his name is crabmstr or something to that affect.
if no luck there then go to either Int'l or Ford. Int'l will prolly be cheaper

If your truck is a 94 to 95.5 it takes a different IPR that the later trucks. The tolerances were different. The IH mechanic stated that it used the closer tolerance (Edge Filter) to help maintain pressure. This is from an earlier post:

Year (1994-1995.5) IPR Valve wtih Edge Filter: International # 1833798C91; Ford # F4TZ9C968CB; Alliant Power # AP63401.
Year (1995.5-2003) IPR Valve without Edge Filter: International # 1841217C91; Ford # F81Z9C968-AA (updated to AB); Alliant Power # AP63402.
There are 4 more International # that preceed the one listed for the 1995.5-2003, if you need them ask and I'll post them."
