I don't think it's so bad to post such things here, were a close nit bunch for the most part, and it puts a human face on the forum. If you think about it, the forum is as much about people as it is rangers, and thats a good thing. A forum with just all tech stuff would get boreing, and unfeeling after a while. I don't even read the genaeal conversation forum. If you want to make sure your friends see your post, here is the place they all come. Billy, I thought you didn't want to be a mod, your sure sounding like one ha ha, you still have my vote !!!!!

Thanks Wendell, but time does not permit. Too busy dealing with some land development issues.

*One reason I brought it up was BC if we post something tech in the NWC it get's yanked and placed in the appropriate forum. In response to that, most guys that want the crowd of locals to see it post the URL to their tech thread in the NWC. Kind of a double standard going on.

i know how you feel and i can see why you posted it here instead of the "general" area.
i lost my old man when i was twenty to a heart-attack and it was devastating to me.
i'm glad it was just a stone but you never can be too careful. if i would have ignored his stubborness he may still be here.

Sorry to hear it bud. It's always better to go to the ER than remain in question. I had a similar experience a while back. Scary stuff. Glad to hear he's ok.
