Hard shift down when passing
My 92 E150 clubwagon drives great until I'm on the highway and want to pass. With the trans. in OD and I put the gas to her to pass she will make a hard shift down to the next gear. She used to be smooth but the last few weeks she makes real hard downshifts to pass and the odd time when slowing down easy she will make a hard shift from OD to the next gear. No other problems with her, she has 240,000 KM and the transmission was rebuilt about 5 years ago or 40,000 km ago. Anyone have any ideas I would very much appreciate it.
