adjusting throttle cable?

adjusting throttle cable?
Is there an adjustment on top of the engine, to tighten the throttle cable? There looks like you can turn the cable to tighten it. It seems the first inch on the gas pedal doesn't do anything.

I don't think there is one. Your best bet in this situation is to pull the intake tube(s) off the TB intake and look at the butterfly valves inside. Have someone get in the truck and slowly press down on the gas. It should slowly open the valves until they are maxed out (full throttle.) Other than that, not sure what to tell ya buddy!
