Heres what happened. Wife tries to start truck. It cranked for a second but before it starts the power goes dead. Open hoop. She tries to start again and the under hood light goes off and there is a clicking noise. She turns of the key and the under hood light flashes and there is a click from under the dash. She removes the key and the light stops flashing and stays on. Put key back in and there is no problem. But if the key is turned the same problem. Also, if door is open the underhood and inside and cargo light flash on and off. The clicking under the hood is coming from the black fuse box on the left firewall. Let it sit while i checked the forum and since i couldn't find anything like this i decided to try to start it again because the windows were down and it is really close to the road. Started right up. Any ideas on what might have cause this? Need to try and fix this as i don't want this to happen to me away from home.
Or even a weak battery. Sounds like the low battery circuit is turning off the accesories due to low voltage. Check the cable connections as mentioned above and check the battery voltage.
