will get some close-ups too. i'm going to take some pics for another guy of light pattern at night too. getting up and leaving for work @ 4:00 AM right now its hard to stay up until dark
Smaug, those look really nice. They look like they could have been factory (not as "busy" as most aftermerkets).
Is the small projector the low beam and then the bigger reflector the high beam? How well do they perform compared to stock? Brand? Thanks.
Thanks, they are made by Depo. The small projector is suposed to come on in conjunction w/ the high beam. The harness that came w/ them was 1/2 backwards, I always had 1 high and 1 low. I pulled the harness out and wired the projector to a relay which comes on w/ the corner lights. Performance is pretty good, I've got blue bulbs that helped alot.
I dont have pics of the truck yet but here is my recent upgrades. Not sure the brand of the lights, it says Sonar on the lense. As far as the light pattern, I do not like it as much as the stock lights. It is nearly as bright, but the projectors narrow the beam significantly. I have 3 Hella FF100's I am mounting on the bumper though, so I am not to concerned. The chrome lights look really cool but I am not into chrome. DId some searching and found some black ones. Also found some carbon fiber tailights to go with the new look. They had black, but it was plain looking and most all my facotry trim is a charcoal grey color that perfectly matches the carbon fiber.
