It would depend on how the seller resolved the situation. If they told you you're SOL, then my very next action would be to leave them a negative. If it is an honest mistake and they offer to pay return shipping and get you the correct item ASAP, then I'd still leave them a positive. While it is a minor inconvienence in the grand scheme of things, if they pull through and do the right thing then an honest seller needs to be recognized given all the sleaze out there these days.

The right part arrived today. 12 beautiful days with the boat sitting on the trailer...21 days since I paid the additional $40 for 4-8 day shipping to Canada..
The package arrived with $21 due on delivery to cover sales tax and the post office handling fee. I already paid $24 on delivery of the first(wrong) package.
I don't want to spoil this guy's 100% rating, I'm really getting close to posting negative feedback.
