Removing Fuse Block

Removing Fuse Block
Hello,
My electrical gremlins appear to be a compromised fuse block, probably water damage like many others. I searched but was unable to find reference to the removal and repair. Is this a do it yourself repair? How do you get the fuse block out? This is the interior fuse block. Can they be repaired or is this a replace item?
Thanks,
Ron
