Updated pics in my gallery. I was looking for $100 + shipping for the set (Door panels, dash pad, carpeted map pockets (for below the door panels) + both visors. I did not get around to cleaning up the carpeted map pockets. While cleaning up the dash pad, I did notice a very small imperfection, but it really is hardly noticeable. See pics.
I go in the order of interest, so slaymet69 1st pick, and down the list. I just picked up another set of maroon dor panels today, so I'll clean them up and get them posted too. Also, have 2 consoles for sale, black (orig blue) from 80-91, and grayish one from 92+ bronco. Also see my gallery. Thanks for any interest.
I keep reading about dying interior plastic, like it's something that's gonna soak into the plastic. Well guess what, it's a coating. And what's another word for coating in the industry? Yep, PAINT! A true interior coating would have a flex agent in it so as to not crack under reasonable conditions.
I painted some hard plastic (ABS) like four years ago with a regular spray paint....still looks brand new....ABS doesn't need a flex agent.
I painted the pillars behind the doors with regular paint. It flaked off in no time. I had to scuff them all back to the base color and got some vinyl spray paint at napa. Much better to drive with the windows down and no paint flakes blowing around in the cab!
More pics are in my gallery, but my basement is starting to get full. Got to start selling this stuff to you FTE members first, otherwise to ebay it goes:
Not yet, I'll send the final notice in the order I rcvd. interest. Are you just lloking for the door panels? I picked up an extra set of maroon ones (see gallery) and may pick up another set of maroon ones and possibly grey ones this weekends.
Thanks for your interest. If none of the previouse first interested make deal final, then you get your choice.
