It really doesn't matter. I was never a follower of censorship. The internet is a awesome resource in challenging the status quo. Some people have a hard time accepting other advice, but only to respond with slander. I wouldn't back down/respect him if we met personnally or in this forumn.

BLKFRD - please never purchase anything again. You obviously have a problem taking ownership of your own mistakes. YOU lost your receipt. YOU didn't research the product you bought. The reason why I didn't buy a Superchips was the FACT that you can't update it via the internet. I have never owned a Superchips product, but your experience would not keep me from buying one of their products of I ever wanted one.
All you have to do is go to Ford and see if they will re-install your old flash program. If not, you can buy an Edge Evo for about $100 more than fixing the Superchips.

blkFRDf1504x4lar2004 you have been disrespectful to the people here and especially Ken trying to help you. You know when and who you purchased the item from, they will have you on record or you need a bill of sale. It doesn't have to be SuperChips, anyone who you purchased an item will ask for proof.
