Well, I can't get the &*%^& turn signals working. Yesterday, all my gauges and turn signals worked fine. Today, I replaced my instrument cluster with one that was a little nicer looking (got it on eBay). Everything works fine except the turn signals. The emergency blinkers work and I replaced the flasher that came with the eBay unit. The radio is playing so the fuse is OK. Any ideas, oh great ones?

I should have been more clear. I replace all five instrument cluster bulbs. When I say they don't work, I mean none of turn signal lights nor the instrument cluster lights blink and there is no click, click from the flasher unit.

Found the problem:
It was a fuse after all. According to my owner's manual, the top fuse in the block is supposed to control the heater and the second one down is supposed to control the radio and turn signals. HOWEVER, the top fuse was blown and when I replace it, eureka! the signals worked.
