Post Count - Does It Truly Matter?

Some go for quality rather than quantity. Some choose not to say a lot, but give pure gems of wisdom when they do speak up. Not to belittle those who do have high post counts, some of you have a lot to say and say it very well. There are those, a couple of whom have posted to this thread already, whose posts I enjoy reading every time I come across one.
For some, the gift of gab simply comes easier than others.
For me, I averaged something around 3 posts per day till I became a moderator...then it more than doubled by pure neccessity. But typing is a very painful experience for me, so it's not nearly as high as it might be.

i look at it as a wise one type of deal.
check the date and how many posts they have, if they only been her a month and have a 1000 post, either they have to much time or there post *****s.
If they have a 100 posts or a 1000 posts and been here 8-12 months + there wise.

Seems like right around the 100 post mark and/or about a year most people start feeling comfortable with the sites features, and how the general atmosphere of the site works. Post count doesn't really matter.
(Or maybe it does. I'm just post padding till I decide on a good avitar and sig.)

Well as per the one line in Post # 11
Except for telling jokes.... I have only used post counts as a fair way to give things away at my expense.
This post count post means one thing, 2 people have won some very nice prizes.
Whoever made the closest guess about when this post was going to be made Just won him or herself a Boy's Hockey Jersey and a Red Green Movie.
Plus if the guess was made before a certain date that is listed in the FUntest thread will get a bonus gift.
Plus, receive a gift from Fordlover.
So if you're interested in who won keep looking in the Funtest #6 Thread .
