shop saif they couldnt complete the alignment cause i dont have the "camber adjustment bolts/brackets" installed? ive heard of this but i have also heard i cant get these for my truck? please set me straight? i need to start looking for these so i can get a proper alignment.
i had horrible camber before the alignment. the tires would be slanted inward horribly when i went in reverse and would kinda like drag whenever i turned etc. its a lot better now but still has the issue a bit
please help guys thanks
they wanted to charge me 85 bucks per tire to put the brackets/bolts in and do the alignment for another 30 something bucks. all in all they wanted like 260 for it all. let me know if these are cheaper/buyable elsewhere. thanks guys
I would actually try and figure out what is causing the camber to be so far out before band-aiding it with adjusters. For example, if the springs are sagging real bad, then replace them.
Camber adjustment sleeves are available, but they are a pain to install. $85 a side to have them installed is a good price, but you shouldn't need them. You should find out the root of the problem.
