My freind has a 2000 Expedition. His front tires started getting loud prematurely, so he recently took it to a local tire chain shop to have the alignment checked (they've been rotated). The Manager there charged him $60 to adjust the toe in/out. The Manager advised him that they could not adjust the camber/caster, because the front springs had sagged (140k miles on it), and there is no camber/caster adjustment on these, therfore new springs would have to be installed before the proper alignment could be done. I've never heard of this before, in fact, my daughter's 99 F150 just had an alignment 3 weeks ago, and her truck has 179k miles, and it's been abused and neglected. Is this guy jerking my buddy around???
That's always a possibility, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue. It doesn't seem likely with a vehicle with that mileage, that is soley driven on the highway?
Thanks for the response

Are these numbers l.h. then r.h. ? Also do these numbers cover more than one year? I have a 1997 4x4 with air ride, and I want to make sure these numbers are correct.
