They actually shot that video in a town in Florida. He was doing a local concert and didn't even know that it was going to become a music video. What wound up happening was his camera crew was shooting basically everything that went on and the concert producer/manager said, " Hey, this would make one helluva music video." Thus, Hicktown was born.

I want more pic's
I loved the trucks in the video. I want some info about the golden ford thats about a 80 or 86 vintage. That truck had a huge lift and some huge tires. I want to know the lift and tires he used because I want my truck to set that high.
This link has some video's on it and also hicktown

Here's a little info....sorry, I know this an old feed, but here's what I know. The Hicktown video was filmed at C & R Motorsports Park (closed down for a number of years now) down here near Palmdale, Florida. I know the guy who built the 86 Ford short bed. 514 big block, one tons and 40" boggers. It has changed hands a few times since the video, until my wife's cousin wound up with it. It was pretty tired when he got it and pretty much everything in the drivetrain was wore out...and he wound up fixing, and or replacing. The engine needed some help....he pulled it out and wound up selling the truck a couple of years ago. I think I heard the 79 Bronco was from the Sebring area.
C & R Motorsports park wound up getting closed down....the state said the ground water was being polluted and that was the end of them!! Or that's the story I heard!! Not too many places down here to off-road and "cut loose" anymore around here except Redneck Yacht Club and they're under scrutiny right now!
