Ok, I own a 05 f250 PS 4x4 with 11k miles. It is going in once again for the 5th time for an oil leak. 3 times was for the exact same problem ( bad oil sensors that leak) now for the 5th time at this time for unknow reason for oil leak. My question is, If its the same problem, can I claim the lemon law and make them buy back my truck?
Check with your state's attorney general for your Lemon Law requirements. I am sure your state has specific rules and steps you must follow before you can invoke the Lemon Law. I was on my second bedplate leak and did some checking for my state and it was an interesting read; time frames, leasing and purchasing, method of notification, and giving Ford one more chance to fix the problem.
Best wishes.

If you would be so kind as to make out your "Profile", anyone who might have claimed "lemon law", could see where you are and maybe chime in.....thanks and welcome to FTE
Having listened to a number of people who have used the lemon law, they all say that what wins it for you is good documentation of everything-all communications/visits/maintenance/ everything.
I too am going for the Lemon law here in CA.
Towing my boat home from Lake Havasu last Friday and the hunk of junk broke down again 10 miles west of Desert Center on the I 10. This is now the 4th time back in the shop and over 50 days. It only has 7k miles on it.
