Offically a Lemon!
Well after 3 trips to the shop and 31 days and counting my truck is now offically a lemon under calif lemon law. First bell housing oil stain diag as a bad cast rear adaptor plate, replaced rear adaptor plate no help. next trip in upper cradle leaking into bell housing, motor tore out of truck, motor torn down, 11 new gaskets later motor back in truck guess what? yep oil in the bell housing. third trip diag= bad rear main seal rolled over. rear main replaced and wear sleave added. 31 days out of service. tell you in a couple of days if the oil leaks. I am sure it will.

Time off work to take truck back and forth to shop=$1000
Diesel to go 40 miles round trip to shop 3 times=$150 give or take
$43,000 lemon = priceless
