painting frame
what is the best stuff to paint a frame with out to much prep work i know theres some paint out there that paints right over rust that dosent look half bad what is it called

If rust is a big issue you should strip it down and make sure the frame is solid.
On my 59 frame rust was not a problem - I used a cup wire brush on a 4" grinder to clean and knock off the worst, then painted it with semi-gloss black enamel. I used Rustoleum brand as you can apply it over rusty iron.
