351w - 408 stroke kit
Is there going to be machining required, notching of anything, etc.
* Eagle 4.00" stroke cast steel crank (EXTERNAL BALANCE) These are a 28oz External balance
* New 6.250" Eagle I-beam 5140 steel rods with 3/8 ARP bolts, part # SIR6250BBLW (FULL Float PIN)
* LOW Compression New SRP FORGED DISH pistons 9.4:1 comp w/66 cc heads, 10:1 with 62 cc head, or 10.4:1 with 58cc head, come in .030, & .040 over sizes, full float with Spiral locks.
* HIGH Compression New SRP FORGED FLAT TOP pistons 11.6:1 comp w/66 cc heads, 12:1 with 62 cc head, or 12.8:1 with 58cc head, come in .030, & .040 over sizes, full float with Spiral locks.
* Premium Plasma Moly file fit rings
* Clevite 77 race Main MS1432H, & Rod CB831H bearings
* Piston pins do not intersect the oil ring
That's some of the info about the kit.
Once that's installed, I'll be picking up either some AFR 185s or Edelbrock Performer RPM heads, Edelbrock Performer intake, and a new cam, I'll just call comp cam and have them help me pick out a good one for my setup.
