Congrats on your new addition to the family. I too have just purchased a 55 f100 and can't wait to get started on the restoration. This site is full of very knowledgable folks with answers to just about any question you may have. Good luck with the project.

Hey today was an exciting day. I decided that I cannot do much more to the engine until I get the heads back from machine shop, I moved the cab to garage. THis part I dread the most the body work. Oh well, has to be done. Pics coming soon!!!

If anyone knows of anyone in need of 55 F100 parts, I have some original parts that I upgraded. Please let me know what is in need and I can search the shelves. Thanks

Today was a productive day. Two friends and I mounted the cab to the frame. Now come time for the body work, here is where I loose my patience.

'55 Parts

Anyone have an extra '55 running board bracket that hasn't been bent at some point in its life?
Thanks, Joe

So I guess the running board brackets on the left side of our '55 that aren't bent are just my imagination. Spose I could put one good one on each side in the front to help even out the alignment. Hey, guess a good idea did come out of this post. Thanks for ALL input, Joe
