Alright guys, this is kicking my butt... The tensioner is not aligned just right with all of the other pulleys. It is turned to the side a little. When it is pulled back just a bit then it lines up just right. Is there an adjustment on the tensioner? I priced a new one from NAPA - $95.00 ouch. On the brighter side I did get new bearings for $3 each.
It looks like it is turned sideways (the tensioner pulley) maybe 10 degrees. With the engine running, the belt does not squeak or chirp. It just doesn't look right. What made me think it could be adjusted is when you pull the tensioner back some (with a 15mm breaker bar) it lines up correctly. Or, as the tensioner goes through it's travel it gets out of alignment.

Replace that thing before it takes something else out. It HAS to be in perfect alignment or it will overheat the belt and destroy it.
