Military-style canvas bed cover?

Is anyone aware of a supplier who makes military-style canvas bed covers for our trucks? I'm talking about something like this:

Take a look through a Performance Products catalog. Their stuff is kinda' expensive, but they might have what you need.

I have never really thought about doing something like that but it looks pretty cool. I will have to start looking for one. Do you know of anyone who makes the same thing for a different pickup?

You could fabricate one too if you can weld and have access to canvas.

I saw a set-up on an old F250 on E-Bay. Seller didn't remember where he got it from. The one in the Performance Parts catalog looks too "sleek/modern". I want something that looks like it came from an old Duece-and-a-half.

Yes, I could probably weld something up, but having the canvas cover custom made will be $$$...

Yeah, those are good, but still do not have the military look I'm seeking.

Also, this disclaimer was posted on the site that was offering their products:

Phone numbers for this company is no longer in service and we can not verify if the company is still in business. We will update this site as more information becomes available.

The M101 3/4 ton military trailer is about the same size as a 3/4 ton pickup box and it has a canvas military style cover that may fit depending on the length of your box. I have no clue if the frame would work but if you can weld your own you could buy the canvas first and then make the frame to fit.

The OP probably isn't looking for an answer any more, 10 years later.

Perhaps not, but he may. If not, my suggestion may help someone else. I was searching the web for the answer to the same question he asked when I found this thread.
