Should you not be thrilled that this much information and great friendships are available to you for free? Even if you have to wait an outlandish 30-40 seconds between posts?

A better/larger server? Suppose we would need a server upgrade, where would one come from? The server upgrade fairy? It all takes money, and lots of it. This is a great site, and I didn't hesitate at all to pay my membership fee.

Another forum I'm on will let the "freebie" accounts post only in the tech forums, while the "off-topic" is for paid members only, so I consider FTE to be considerably more generous than they need to be.

In my opinion, it takes a lot of nerve to complain about something that is free, and then request that others spend their money to correct it.
