Apple valley ford sucks
I just got back from the ford dealer and pretty much was told that the problems I had with my truck are normal.
My throttle lag was almost a full sec the other day when i was merging. the service rep said that i was proably used to vehicles with the old throttle cable setup. My reply to him would get me in trouble if I posted it here.
does anyboby live in the twin cities area in MN that knows a good dealer that will listen the costumer.

The last time I brought my 04 in for throttle lag I got the same BS from my dealer. It doesnt' matter which local dealer I bring it to or who I call at Ford's customer non service line, they all now say its normal. Its not normal. Drive a truck from any other company with fly by wire and you'll see how much quicker their throttles respond. I think ford's trying to save money anyway they can now and the first thing to get cut was the warranty budget.
