Vin decode/carfax plz?
Ello, my grampa gave me his 82 f150 last thursday, and I want to know whats all in it...
vin # 1FTDF14F5CPA32538
I'm hoping this will show 302, 4wd, and automatic... high output heater too mabey?
Wandering what kind of transmission, and axles I have if they havent been changed out... Id normally look, but its way too cold and rainy right now

If my book is correct
1FT-Ford truck USA
D-GVW=5000-6000lbs
F14-regular cab 4x4
F=302 2barrel carb.
5=Internal check digit
C=1982
P=assembled at TwinCities, MN.
A32538= Numerical sequence of assembly
Hope this helps you out. If you need transmission and axle description. Just post the codes found on the bottom of the label on the drivers doors jam for the transmission and axles.

cant read them right now... its snowing, dark, and to top it off, when they repainted it, they got a little bit of overspray on the lable...
