Safe Pyrometer reading
What would be a safe pyrometer reading after adjusting the fuel pump on a 96 7.3 with turbo.

1200 pre-turbo is a good safe cut off point. What adjustments can be made to the fuel pump?

Is this a PSD or an IDI moter can't adjust a PSD done from the computer.

Could it be they were referring to adjusting fuel pressure by shiming the FPR?

I think his friends are old school and were thinking he has an injector pump.
