I drove the car for about 2 hours today and I think I found the problem.
I remember with my previous car, at one point it kept on stalling just like my current problem. If I turned the engine off and on again it started right away, then stalled again. However, this only happend for only a couple of days and the car stopped starting all together.
The problem was my ALTERNATOR. I suspect my current problem to be the problem because as I was driving today, the car was driving perfectly for about 30 minutes until I turned on my head light. Two minutes after the head light went on the car starting slowing down like it was about to stop again so I immediately shut off the headlight...the car didn't stall. So I think it might be my alternator not charging the battery enough. Also, a week ago I was parked at work and decided to turn on my AC, 5 minutes later the car started rattling almost as if it would have stalled if I were to be driving it...The problem stopped after I turned off the AC, I didn't think much of it then but now that I think about it, The car might be stalling alot before I use the heater a lot.
Anyone think my suspisions might be right? If so, is there a way to test the alternator at home or can the mechanic test it out with a device?
Yup, that sounds like the alternator...
Easy test - start the car, turn on the interior light. While looking right at the interior light, turn off the engine. If it dims a bit, the alternator is working. Or, while watching the interior light, turn on the A/C and headlights. If the light dims a lot, the alternator isn't doing anything.
I just had the fuel injecters replaced and the entire fuel system cleaned.
And I assume you probably had the fuel filter replaced as well. But that's still no guarantee that anyone actually confirmed that the fuel pressure is within specs. Point is, you want to be able to definitively rule out fuel delivery as the cause.
If the problems persist, you might want to ask the people who worked on the car if they did a FP check.
So it looks like I was right, I took the car to the shop today for the alternator to be checked out. I started the car, turned on the head lights and AC, mechanic said the alternator wasn't charging the battery and that I'm only able to run on the battery so I shut everything off and requested they replace the alternator, 3 big ones coming out of my pocket...I'm picking it up tomorrow morning, hopefully this will be the end of it or someone is getting sued.
Well car hasn't stalled since the Alternator was changed but my ABS light still comes on and off and since the mechanic wasn't able to read the ABS computer I'm not sure what to do next. He tried to read any codes of the ABS module but it returns an error saying "couldn't connect to module" or something along that line. Sometime the light comes on and stays for about 5 minutes, sometimes only seconds...a quick way to get rid of the light is by turning off the ignition and starting the car again and that stops the light from coming back.

Any Idea on what I should do next?
Sounds like you have a faulty ABS sensor somewhere.
Check all the connections at the wheels. See if any are obviously crushed/damaged.
That "wheel falling off" might tell you which one to look at first
Would you happen to know the exact location of the speed sensor? Also, will a bad break pad cause the ABS light to come on and off? I've realized a little rattling when I break.
