steering stabilizer benefit?

I'm installing a 2" level kit in my 87 f-150 4x4 and was wondering if a steering stabilizer would benefit the steering any. since I'm installing all new shocks. I was just wondering about throwing a stabilizer on. is it nessesary?

If you go 33" or higher, it would be a good idea. It absorbs the bumps in the road/trail so your steering components don't have to, thus increasing life, and decreasing wear and tear.
