Cps Failure/log
I posted a last week about mu CPS going bad. The Dealer has a tracking unit hooked up to my truck to log the "hiccups" when they happen. I believe it is my CPS and it would be replaced under warrenty The dealer wants to record all the "hiccups" before they replace it. So after they had that hooked up the truck just completely shut off while in town doing about 20 mph. I pulled off the road and it restarted. So My question is this, Would this failure be recorded in the truck computer ? I also made sure i recorded it on the portable unit the dealer installed. Hopefully this will prove to the dealer it is the cps sensor.
