I don't know cookie... Getting quite confused about this myself now. Some 02s say they do, I know I don't. The pic I posted of BigHazzard's shows that he does not. Some 03's say they do...???? The Ford schematics that I have do not differentiate nor mention anything different in any of the models. It sure has me beat now.........

Does it say anything about an 03?
Wow I just assumed that they would have kept it the same. My cousin has a 99 and a buddy has 01. They are the same. The wiring harness was virtually the same under the hood except a few differences.
Motor
1) The 02 has 2 soloniods on top of the motor (the one on the pass fender is gone)
2) The abs box under the battery on the d-side has a different plug and the brake lines are in a little different pattern.
3)The windshield wiper plug is different.
4)The plugs going through the firewall are different. (02 has 3 round & 1 rectangular) (99 has 2 rectangular)
5)The fuse box is gone
Interior
1) The 99 doesnt have the locking seatbelts. (I know the 02 does, other years???)
2) The plugs that come from the dash harness @ the pass door are different.
3) On the 99 the harness goes across the firewall. On the 02 the harness goes by the driver door and then goes across under the seats.
4) The Window switches are different.
5) It shows the window actuators are different in the book, but they work.
6) The mirror plugs are different.
Thats all I can think of @ the moment
